Naples is located in southwest Florida and is one of the warmest areas in Florida.  Vegetation of all types grow well here.  Here are pictures of our own plants.

About the Images

We try to plant trees and bushes that we can eat.  Some types take years before bearing such as avocados. The Papaya tree had fruit the first year.

Some fruits require frost such as cherries and peaches.  But Vijole found special varieties that are made for this climate so we have Barbados cherries and a peach tree.
